1) Juvenescence surgery has been completely modified particularly thanks to the emergence of efficient surgery supplements in treating wrinkles, for instance botox® (Vistabel®).

Endoscopic forehead lift is therefore less used. New kinds of lifting, with a similar efficiency on the long term, are far less invasive: shorter scars, fewer detachment and hence an easier after surgery process. They may indeed be performed under pure local anaesthesia.
