Boldness surgery
May require few sessions, dependant on the importance of the boldness. The main method (micro-graft) which consists in gathering hairs in the chaplet (which will never fall) and transplanting them in the frontal or tonsure zones, has proven much better results than before: no more “leek field” effect! This act will be realized in a clinic, under local anaesthesia, no or very few rejection.
Further methods (scalp reduction, strip grafts) will be discussed; they require an elastic-enough scalp, which is barely the case.
Sex increase surgery (penoplasty)
Does not require to set up implants. The penis enlargement penoplasty may need few sessions: sampled fat (belly, hips, buttock) is purified then reinjected between the skin of the penis and the spongy body, thus increasing harmoniously the penis circumference. Be aware that a fat rendering will occur, i.e. up to one third.
The penis lenghtening penoplasty consists in cutting the base of the penis off the pubis (suspensory ligament), winning by these means at least 2cm (passive state). This medical act can occur only once, as against the previous one.
